KGM Temporary Staffing & Training, Inc., also known as “KGM Staffing,” was birthed out of the desire of its founder to help underserved and underemployed individuals attain job training and the confidence necessary to advance them to the next or a new level in their career path.
Kim E. Graves-Rivers, certified in Microsoft Office Suite applications, began offering training in Word, Excel and Outlook (industry standard apps) in the basement of their church to individuals who could not afford to pay for this valuable training. Upon completion of her 6-week course (interview skills, how to dress for the interview, money management, and life skills), those individuals were proud to receive a
Certificate of Completion.
That ministry endeavor evolved into KGM Temporary Staffing & Training, Inc. (KGM Staffing). At KGM Staffing, our priority is to place qualified individuals into the workforces of our valued customers.
